Evie Gresham, from Hampstead, was struck with a heavenly ray of inspiration when scrolling through her 7th hour of Instagram.
“I happened upon a model with the most gorgeous fringe!” She explained. “She had that tiny cheekbone fairy girl thing going on, and she had it done by this hair dresser in london who only uses each pair of scissors once so they don’t loose their edge.”
“Once i’d seen it, and had four glasses of rose, I knew that there was only one thing to do: I had to take a pair of kitchen scissors that my parents got as a wedding present in 1984 and cut myself a fringe without looking in the mirror.”
Since the cut, Evie has taken the artistic decision to withdraw from public life. ‘It’s been really fun to reinvent myself,” explained Evie, “and I can’t wait to reinvent myself again by growing it out.”
